Day 1: Evening Gut Soother Smoothie

Ingredients:


  • 1 medium peeled pear

  • ½ small zucchini (peeled)

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed meal

  • 1 tsp slippery elm powder (optional)

  • ¾ cup water



Method:


  1. Peel and chop pear and zucchini.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Optional: Gently warm (not hot!) for a calming bedtime drink.
