Day 1: Evening Gut Soother Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 medium peeled pear
½ small zucchini (peeled)
1 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
1 tsp slippery elm powder (optional)
¾ cup water
Method:
Peel and chop pear and zucchini.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Optional: Gently warm (not hot!) for a calming bedtime drink.
