Day 1: Midday - Anti-Inflammatory Root Juice

Ingredients:


  • 2 medium carrots

  • ½ small beet (optional)

  • 1 small pear

  • 1-inch fresh ginger (optional)



Method:


  1. Wash, peel, and chop carrots, beet, and pear.

  2. If using, peel ginger and slice thin.

  3. Juice all ingredients.

  4. Stir and drink immediately.
