Ingredients:
2 medium carrots
½ small beet (optional)
1 small pear
1-inch fresh ginger (optional)
Method:
Wash, peel, and chop carrots, beet, and pear.
If using, peel ginger and slice thin.
Juice all ingredients.
Stir and drink immediately.
