Day 2: Morning: Pear-Cucumber Hydration Juice

This refreshing green juice is the perfect way to kickstart your day. Cucumber hydrates, pear adds natural sweetness without spiking histamine levels, and basil brings a soothing, anti-inflammatory touch.


Ingredients:


  • 1 cucumber (8 oz)

  • 1 medium pear

  • 4 fresh basil leaves

  • ¾ cup water



Method:


  1. Wash cucumber, pear, and basil thoroughly.

  2. Chop cucumber and pear into chunks (no need to peel if organic).

  3. Add to juicer along with basil leaves.

  4. Stir and enjoy immediately, or store up to 12 hours in the fridge.
