Day 6: Afternoon: Carrot-Celery Apple Juice

A refreshing juice with a balance of sweetness and hydrating crispness.


Ingredients:


  • 2 medium carrots

  • 1 celery stalk (small)

  • ½ small sweet apple (peeled)



Method:


  1. Wash, peel, and chop carrots, celery, and apple.

  2. Juice all ingredients.

  3. Stir and serve.



Nutrition (approx.):


  • Calories: 90

  • Carbohydrates: 20g

  • Fiber: 3g

  • Protein: 1g

  • Fats: 0g

  • Sugars: 12g



Purpose: Hydration, skin health, anti-inflammatory.
